Carowinds Announces Summer Music Fest 2024

Carowinds has announced that it is bringing music back to the Carowinds Palladium! The Summer Music Fest Amplified by Coke Studio will feature 30+ performances on multiple stages over 10 days on select Fridays and Saturdays in July and August.

The first artists to be announced are LeAnn Rimes (Friday, July 5), Skillet (Friday, August 2), and Flo Rida (Friday, August 9). The full list of dates is listed on the Carowinds website.

Manny Gonzalez, Carowinds vice president and general manager, said. “Get ready for 10 days of sensational performances that will make Carowinds the place to be this summer. What’s more, these incredible shows are free with your park admission, guaranteeing a summer filled with entertainment and iconic thrills.”

The Summer Music Fest is a partnership between Carowinds and Coca-Cola.

The Carowinds Palladium originally opened in 1975. Over the years, many artists have played the stage, including Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, Charlie Daniels, James Taylor, Mary J. Blige, and the Temptations. In 1991, the venue was expanded and transformed into a standalone amphitheater.
