Splash Mountain Closing at WDW on January 23, 2023

Disney Parks has announced that Splash Mountain's final day of operation at Magic Kingdom will be January 22, 2023. The attraction will reopen as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in late 2024. There was no final date announcement for Disneyland’s Splash Mountain.

In addition to the announcement, Disney shared information about a new scene and critters for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The bayou scene will feature Princess Tiana, Louis the alligator, and a band of critters playing zydeco music. Read more about the new scene on the Disney Parks Blog.
