Universal Announces Closure of the Studio Tour’s Fast & Furious Finale
Universal Studios Hollywood has announced that they’re closing the “Fast & Furious—Supercharged” finale on their Studio Tour. The final day to experience the attraction on the tram tour will be March 10, 2025. Universal stated in a press release that an “all-new” Studio Tour attraction will be announced soon.
“Fast & Furious—Supercharged,” inspired by the popular Fast & Furious franchise, launched in 2015 as the grand finale to the Studio Tour and has entertained millions of guests, taking them on an exhilarating, virtual high-speed 3D chase to save one of their own from an international crime cartel.

Fast & Furious Coaster
Meanwhile, the construction of the Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift roller coaster is underway. When it opens in 2026, it will be the first-ever high-speed outdoor coaster at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Universal originally announced the new Fast & Furious coaster in July 2023. According to rcdb, the coaster is manufactured by Intamin and features spinning cars.
