New 'The Little Mermaid' Show Opening Fall 2024 at Hollywood Studios

Disney has announced that “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” will debut in the Animation Courtyard theater at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in fall 2024. The show will be a fully reimagined theatrical production featuring new set pieces, cutting-edge effects, and a “bold new design.”

The “Voyage of The Little Mermaid” show previously occupied the Animation Courtyard theater. That show opened on January 7, 1992, and closed on March 15, 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
