The Secret Life of Pets Attraction Opens March 27 at Universal Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood has announced that The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash will open March 27, 2020, on the Upper Lot adjacent to Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem and Super Silly Fund Land.

The attraction will have a virtual queue, 64 animatronics, hyper-realistic media, and projection mapping. The virtual queue system sounds identical to Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Orlando’s system. But, instead of waiting in the Tonight Show lobby, you’ll be inside Katie’s NYC apartment building from The Secret Life of Pets.

When you board the ride vehicle, you’ll become a stray puppy and experience what it’s like to be adopted. You can be mapped to 15 different puppies so that every ride will be different!
