Super Nintendo World Music Video from Universal Studios Japan
Universal Studios Japan has kicked off its promotion of Super Nintendo World, which is scheduled to open this summer. As part of the campaign, Nintendo and Universal released a music video:
The video and press release have more details about Super Nintendo World:
You can buy a character-themed Power Up Band, which will link with the Universal Studios Japan app. The band will support interactive experiences using your arms, hands, and entire body. You can collect digital coins around the land by hitting real-life question blocks, just like Mario. There will also be collectible items and challenges, including boss battles.
The Mario Kart ride was featured in the music video and mentioned in the press release.
The music video includes a model of the land, which appears to confirm the Yoshi dark ride, Mario Kart ride entrance through Bowser’s castle, and land entrance through Peach’s castle. Thanks to Alicia Stella of Orlando ParkStop for her analysis.
In a tweet on Monday, July 13th, Universal also confirmed the land is coming to their parks in Hollywood, Singapore, and Orlando.
