Moana Attraction and More Announced at D23 2019
D23 Expo 2019 officially kicks off today in Anaheim, but many new Disney Parks details were unveiled Thursday night at the media preview. Here are the five biggest things we learned:
The “Secret Disney Company Project” you may have heard about wasn’t a new park, resort, or attraction. It is the One Day at Disney documentary series.
A Moana attraction at Epcot called “Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana” was last night's biggest news.
There will be a new Epcot preview center. The former Odyssey events pavilion will become “Walt Disney Imagineering presents the Epcot Experience.”
The Marvel superhero lands at Disney California Adventure, and Disneyland Paris will both be called Avengers Campus.
The Star Wars Hotel at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be called Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. When guests check in, they will board the Halcyon Starcruiser.
