New Family Coaster Opening at Six Flags St. Louis in Summer 2023
Six Flags St. Louis announced they’re opening their ninth coaster this summer.
Rookie Racer, manufactured by Vekoma, will have Formula 1 racecar-style trains, 843 feet of steel track, and a top speed of 27mph. The track will feature an initial banked drop, a series of s-curves, and a 540⁰ horizontal loop. The minimum rider height will be 36” (3 feet). The trains will have eight cars and hold 16 riders per cycle.
The new coaster will be located by the entrance to The Boss, a Custom Coaster International wooden coaster opened in 2000.
