ArieForce One Opening March 31, 2023, at Fun Spot America Atlanta

Fun Spot America has announced that ArieForce One will open at their Atlanta park on March 31, 2023. The park shared a promotional video on its Facebook page.

ArieForce One is a custom Rocky Mountain Construction coaster costing $13 million - the largest single investment ever for Fun Spot America. The coaster was first announced at IAAPA on November 16, 2021, and it’s built up a lot of anticipation from coaster enthusiasts since then. It was named after Fun Spot America founder John Arie Sr. and the queues will be based on Arie Sr.’s boyhood passion for flight.

Ride statistics:

• Track length: 3400 feet

• Lift hill height: 154 feet

• First drop: 146 feet at 83 degrees

• Inversions: Four; (1) First-ever raven-truss dive, (2) largest zero-G stall in the USA, (3) first-of-its-kind zero-G Roll over the arcade building, (4) another zero-G roll

• Trains: Two 20-passenger steering axel

• Ride time: 100 seconds

• Ride capacity: 900 people per hour
