Roundup Rodeo BBQ Opening March 23, 2023 at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney Parks has announced the Roundup Rodeo BBQ restaurant will open on March 23, 2023, at Walt Disney World. The restaurant will be located by the main entrance to Toy Story Land, which is behind Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

In addition to the opening date, the Disney Parks Blog has released details on the entire menu. The menu will feature cheddar biscuits, salads, house-smoked meats, plant-based options, plenty of sides, and desserts. The Disney Parks Blog has more details on the Roundup Rodeo BBQ menu

Roundup Rodeo BBQ was first announced on April 30, 2019. The restaurant was initially planned for 2020 and then late 2022. On December 14, 2022, it was announced that the restaurant would open in spring 2023.
