Disneyland Paris Resort opened as “Euro Disney” on April 12, 1992. The resort features two theme parks, seven resort hotels, an entertainment district called Disney Village, Golf Disneyland, and a residential community called Val 'd’Europe (similar to the Disney-built Celebration, Florida).

Theme parks:

  • Disneyland Park

  • Walt Disney Studios Park (to be renamed Disney Adventure World in 2025)

Resort hotels:

  • Disneyland Hotel

  • Disney Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel

  • Disney Newport Bay Club

  • Disney Sequoia Lodge

  • Disney Hotel Cheyenne

  • Disney Hotel Santa Fe

  • Disney Davey Crockett Ranch

Travel Tips

  • You can take the train (RER A) directly from Paris to the Marne-la-Vallée station at Disneyland Paris Resort. When you arrive, you can pay a little extra to have Disney transfer your luggage directly to your resort hotel!

  • Unfortunately, Eurostar’s direct service from London to the Disneyland Paris station ended in June 2023. But you can still use Eurostar with a single transfer.

Must-Do Attractions

Disneyland Park

  • Alice’s Curious Labyrinth is a unique walk-through attraction.

  • Disneyland Park’s Big Thunder Mountain is known as the best version of the attraction because it’s uniquely situated on an island.

  • La Tanière du Dragon (The Dragon's Lair) features a large animatronic dragon under the castle.

  • Les Mystères du Nautilus (The Mysteries of the Nautilus) is an updated version of the “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” walkthrough attraction at Disneyland in California.

  • Phantom Manor is a unique spin on a Haunted Mansion, and some consider it the best version of the dark ride attraction.

  • Pirates of the Caribbean is a fantastic version of the dark-ride boat attraction. Like Disneyland in California, you can also dine at a restaurant (Captain Jack's - Restaurant des Pirates) that overlooks the attraction!

  • Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain is a unique version of Space Mountain with an exciting launch.

Walt Disney Studios Park

  • Avengers Assemble: Flight Force at Walt Disney Studios Park is an original enclosed coaster. It was rethemed from Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster to Avengers.

  • Crush's Coaster is a fun, enclosed spinning coaster at Walt Disney Studios Park.

  • EPCOT in Florida has an identical version of Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, but the Walt Disney Studios Park version is the original and has a restaurant with views of the attraction (Bistro Chez Rémy).
